Community collaboration: We continually develop strong inter-dependent relationships with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse community organisations, because this is where real collaboration begins. We then work together to identify and build solutions to address our society’s biggest challenges, including unemployment, language barriers and social isolation.  

Strengthening organisations: The community knows best what their issues are and how they can be solved. Our expertise is in supporting these organisations to deliver the maximum social impact through their solutions. We act as mentors and consultants – co managing and delivering programs and projects. We place a strong focus on the development of skills and knowledge and on the creation of social capital (networks) within the wider Australian society as a way to promote sustainability.

Making funding dollars go further: We build partnerships between funders and the community, ensuring the best return on investment for all stakeholders. We know that real social impact is higher and more sustainable when funders invest in community-led approaches. We have proven that it is significantly greater when that investment is made through us.
